| Cock Tails are huge! Too often spey feathers end up having too short of a section to use before one ends up with either a stem that is too thick or brittle to wrap on a hook or a tube. Definitely not a problem with these feathers that have (on average) six inches of wrappable stem! These plumes have been burnt to remove the barbs that hold the individual feather strands together. These plumes are perfect for wrapping on long snaelda or francis patterns. Excellent feathers too for palmering over tubes and adding a foundation to help prop up wings! 20-25 feathers per pack. |
